Today Caden has his first doctor's appointment. This was his first outing. At birth he weighed 8lbs 9ounces and when he was discharged he weighed 8lbs 3ounces (all newborns lose some weight before they leave the hospital). Today at the doctor's office he weighed 8lbs 7ounces, which is good because he has almost gained it all back. He is a little jaundice still, so we had to go get labs done to see what the levels are and they are higher than at discharge. We have to go in again first thing tomorrow morning to have the levels checked again to see if they are going up or down. Meanwhile, I am to continue to feed him about every 2 hours. Here are some pictures from today. We also took him on his first walk. (By the way, I know we have a cute kid =)
